Get FIAT Balances
Lists the fiat balance of every user of your client.
Request

| Authorization | Header | Yes | Bearer <access_token> obtained from POST /api/v1/client/token. |
| currency | Query | No | Fiat currency (e.g. COP). |
| page | Query | No | Page number, starting at 1. |
| pageSize | Query | No | Number of records per page. |
Response
Paginated responses share the same envelope: items (the records), total, page, pageSize, orderBy and orderDirection. Each item contains userId plus:

| currency | Fiat currency of the balance. |
| availableBalance | Funds available to pay out. |
| pendingPayin | Pay-ins created but not yet confirmed. |
| pendingPayout | Payouts in progress. |
| totalOperations | Number of fiat operations of the user. |
| lastOperationDate | Timestamp of the last operation, or null. |
