# Welcome to Kravata

> Financial infrastructure to move money between fiat and digital assets across LATAM.

Kravata simplifies and optimizes financial transactions across the region. Use our APIs to integrate on-ramps, off-ramps, custody wallets and fiat payments into your business efficiently and securely.

## Choose your API

Kravata offers two APIs. Your Kravata point of contact will tell you which one applies to your service model.

    Operate on behalf of your end users: register users and accounts, manage custody wallets, create deposits, withdrawals and ramps, and collect or send fiat payments.

    Create on-ramp and off-ramp orders between fiat and stablecoins using your own company's registered bank accounts and wallets.

## Before you start

  <Step title="Complete the onboarding">
    Contact the Kravata team to start the onboarding process. Our compliance team reviews your business to verify it meets all necessary standards and regulations.

  <Step title="Sign the agreement">
    Once approved, complete the required legal agreement: a service agreement or the applicable Terms and Conditions, depending on your service model.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive your credentials">
    Kravata sends your API credentials by email. Use them first in the **test** environment, and switch to **production** when your integration is ready.

<Note>
  Keep your credentials secret. Never embed them in client-side code, mobile apps or public repositories. If you think a credential has been exposed, contact Kravata to rotate it.
