# Overview

> Create on-ramp and off-ramp orders between fiat and stablecoins with the Kravata Business API.

With the Kravata Business API your company creates orders to convert between fiat and stablecoins using its own registered bank accounts and wallets:

* **On-ramp**: you send fiat and receive stablecoins.
* **Off-ramp**: you send stablecoins and receive fiat.
* **Quotes**: get the current rate and costs before creating an order.
* **History**: query all your orders and their status.
* **Accounts and wallets**: check your registered accounts and wallets and their approval status.

## Getting started

    Obtain your access and refresh tokens with your credentials. See [Authentication](/business/authentication).

  <Step title="Get your client ID">
    Call [Get Client Info](/business/api-reference/authentication/get-client-info). The `id` in the response is your `clientId`, required by most endpoints. Both `status` and `complianceStatus` must be `approved` to operate.

  <Step title="Get your account and wallet IDs">
    Call [Get Bank Accounts](/business/api-reference/accounts/get-bank-accounts) and [Get Wallets](/business/api-reference/wallets/get-wallets). Only accounts and wallets with status `accepted` can be used in an order. New accounts and wallets are registered from the Kravata web platform.

  <Step title="Quote and create the order">
    Quote the order and create it. See [Ramp flows](/business/ramp-flows) to choose between the send-based and receive-based flows.

  <Step title="Send the funds and track the order">
    Follow the deposit instructions of the order, report your transfer (transaction hash or payment proof) and track the status with [Get Ramps](/business/api-reference/ramp-orders/get-ramps) or [webhooks](/business/webhooks).
